    Consent to the Processing of Personal Data in ECOKSHIM LLC

    By this document, the personal data subject (User of the website https://www.ecohim.ru/), acting freely, of their own will and in their own interest, and also confirming their legal capacity, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data," gives their consent to the limited liability company "ECOKSHIM" (hereinafter – ECOKSHIM LLC, the Operator), OGRN 1037821024394, INN 7810235934, legal address: 196006, St. Petersburg, 25 Koli Tomchaka St., lit. Zh, to the processing of their personal data on the following terms:

    1. List of personal data transferred to the Operator:

      • last name, first name, patronymic of the User;
      • INN (Taxpayer Identification Number) of the User who is a legal entity;
      • mobile phone number;
      • email address (e-mail);
      • data that is automatically transmitted to the Site's Services during their use through the software installed on the User's device, namely: IP address, cookie data, information about the User's browser (or other program used to access the Services), technical characteristics of the hardware and software used by the User, date and time of access to the Services, addresses of requested pages, history of queries and views on the Site and its Services, information about the User's actions on the Site (e.g., viewed products, items added to the cart, purchases made);
      • data of payment instruments and details when making online payments;
      • other data voluntarily provided by the User in forms on the Site.

    2. Consent is given to the processing of personal data by the following methods:

      • non-automated processing of personal data;
      • automated processing of personal data with or without transmission of the received information via information and telecommunications networks;
      • mixed processing of personal data.

    3. Purposes of processing personal data:

      • identification of the User registered on the Site to provide access to the personal account, as well as to verify identity when performing operations on the Site;
      • informing about the operation of the Site (Services), monitoring and improving the quality of Services;
      • establishing feedback with the User, including sending notifications and requests regarding the use of the Site, provision of services, performance of work, and processing of User's inquiries and applications;
      • creation of an account to use the functionality of the Site;
      • providing the User with effective customer and technical support in case of issues related to the use of the Site;
      • sending advertising to the User with their prior consent;
      • conducting analytics and improving the quality of services;
      • sending informational and marketing messages (with consent);
      • fulfillment of legal requirements.

    4. This consent to the processing of personal data includes consent to the Operator performing the following set of actions (operations) with personal data:

      • collection;
      • recording;
      • systematization;
      • accumulation;
      • storage;
      • clarification (updating, changing);
      • retrieval;
      • use;
      • transfer (provision, access);
      • depersonalization;
      • blocking;
      • deletion;
      • destruction.

    5. Consent to the processing of personal data is confirmed by me by placing a consent mark (checkbox) in the "Submit Request" form posted on the Operator's website and by clicking the "Place Order" button.

    6. This consent is valid until it is withdrawn by the User. The User has the right to withdraw the Consent at any time by sending a written notice to the email address: info@ecohim.ru.

    7. Terms for termination of personal data processing: The Operator shall terminate the processing of personal data and destroy them within no later than 30 (thirty) business days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal of Consent, except in cases where processing may be continued in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

    8. I confirm that I have read the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" and the Operator's Policy on the Processing of Personal Data. The rights and obligations in the field of personal data protection are clear to me.
