The spectrometer can be used in production and factory laboratories to control the quality of raw materials and finished products, installed on a conveyor line to control technological processes, in workshops and research groups of educational institutions.
Designed to perform accurate elemental analysis of a wide range of materials. The spectrometer is capable of measuring the mass fraction of chemical elements in solid monolithic and powdery samples, as well as in liquids and ointments. The range of detectable elements covers substances from sodium (11Na) to americium (⁹⁵am). The device uses the energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence method: the sample is irradiated with radiation from an X-ray tube, and the detector registers the characteristic spectrum of the elements that make up the substance. This allows for both qualitative and quantitative analysis without destroying the sample.
Structurally, the EСROS XRF-9710 PEARL is designed as a desktop device. Its key feature is modularity: depending on the task, either a sample supply module with a sliding cuvette compartment for serial measurements of powders and liquids, or a module for analyzing oversized samples, can be installed on the analytical unit. The spectrometer can be used both in factory and production laboratories for quality control, as well as for research purposes and educational institutions.
Inclusion in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Federal Information Fund for Ensuring the Uniformity of Measurements) confirms that the device meets the approved metrological requirements!
