We are informing you about important changes in legislation related to freight forwarding activities.
Federal Law No. 140-FZ of 06/07/2025 amended Federal Law No. 87-FZ of 30.06.2003 "On Freight Forwarding Activities".

Starting from September 1, 2026, Russia will introduce a mandatory transition to electronic document management (EDI) in the freight forwarding sector. The use of EDI will become mandatory for all participants in cargo transportation, including shippers and consignees, without any alternatives.

What does this mean for our customers?

The absence of electronic transportation documents (EDS) connected to the EDI will make the obligations under the concluded supply contracts regarding the delivery of goods unfulfillable.
We recommend that you take care in advance to ensure that your systems are ready to work in the new format.

Our company is already carrying out planned measures to switch to electronic document management in accordance with the requirements of the new law.
