Application:
The standard sample of total water hardness is intended for verification and calibration of measuring instruments (SI) designed to determine total hardness in aquatic environments, control the metrological characteristics of SI during their tests, including for type approval, metrological certification and error control of methods for measuring total hardness in aquatic environments.
CO can be used for verification and calibration of appropriate measuring instruments, provided that its metrological and technical characteristics meet the criteria established in the methods of verification and calibration of appropriate measuring instruments.
Technical specifications:
- The certified value of the total hardness of CO water is 100 mmol/dm3 (° W);
- The limits of the relative error of the certified CO value with a confidence probability of 0.95 are ± 1%.
