    Cookie Policy

    Cookie Policy of ECOKSHIM LLC

    1.1. This document (hereinafter – the Policy) defines the policy regarding the use of cookies on the website of the limited liability company "ECOKSHIM" (hereinafter – ECOKSHIM LLC, the Operator) on the information and telecommunications network Internet at: https://www.ecohim.ru/ (hereinafter – the Site). 1.2. The Cookie Policy describes the types of Cookies, the purposes of their use, how exactly ECOKSHIM LLC processes data collected during the use of the Site by Users, and the methods by which you can refuse the processing of Cookies.

    1. TERMS AND DEFINITIONS

      The following terms are used in the Policy:

      • Company – limited liability company "ECOKSHIM", OGRN 1037821024394, INN 7810235934, legal address: 196006, St. Petersburg, 25 Koli Tomchaka St., lit. Zh.
      • Site User (User) – a person who has visited and is using the Site.
      • Site – a set of software and hardware for computers that ensures the publication for public viewing of information and data united by a common purpose, through technical means used for communication between computers on the Internet. The Site is located on the Internet at: https://www.ecohim.ru/.
      • Yandex – limited liability company "YANDEX", OGRN 1027700229193119021, 119021, Moscow, 16 Leo Tolstoy St.
      • Cookies – a small piece of data that the Site requests from the browser used on the User's computer or mobile device. Cookies reflect the User's preferences or their actions on the Site, as well as information about their equipment, date and time of the session. Cookies are stored locally on the User's computer or mobile device. The User can delete saved Cookies in the settings of the corresponding browser.
      • IP address – a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol.

    2. GENERAL PROVISIONS

      • Upon the first visit to the Site using a new browser or in private browsing mode, the Site displays a banner warning the User about the collection of Cookies and requesting the User's consent to the processing of their Cookies.

    3. DATA PROCESSING ON THE SITE

      • The Policy establishes the Company's obligations regarding non-disclosure and ensuring the confidentiality protection regime for the User's data that the Company may obtain during the User's visit to the Site.

        • Information about the User's use of the Site, collected using Cookies, is transferred to Yandex and stored on Yandex's servers located in the Russian Federation. Yandex processes the received information to evaluate the User's use of the Site and compile reports on the Site's activity.

    4. TYPES OF COOKIES USED BY THE COMPANY

      • Session Cookies. Such Cookies exist only in temporary memory during the time the User is on the Site page. Browsers usually delete session Cookies after the User closes the Site window.     6. FINAL PROVISIONS
